Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, training arrangements, and purchasing. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:


Payroll Processing:

Manage and execute payroll processing accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Handle payroll queries and discrepancies promptly.

Recruitment:

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
Screen, interview, and select candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various positions.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and arrange training programs for staff.
Coordinate with training providers and manage training schedules.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Purchasing:

Handle the procurement of office supplies and HR-related materials.
Liaise with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Support the implementation of employee welfare programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in payroll, recruitment, and training.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
