Job Description:
· Video Content Creation: Conceptualize, produce, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms including social media, website, and promotional materials.
· Scriptwriting and Storyboarding: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
· Production Management: Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, set design, lighting, and audio to ensure smooth video shoots.
· Post-Production: Edit video footage using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished and compelling videos. This includes incorporating graphics, sound effects, and other elements as needed.
· Quality Assurance: Review final videos for quality and ensure they are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives before publication.
· Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve video production processes and outputs.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content creators to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and contribute to overall content strategy.
· Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Media Arts, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience (X years) as a Video Producer, Videographer, or similar role with a portfolio showcasing video production and editing skills.
· Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
· Solid understanding of video production equipment and techniques including cameras, lighting, and sound.
· Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
· Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Portfolio or examples of previous work required.
