- Position : ALL WELCOME - Maintenance Specialist (CNC turning, milling, honing or deep hole drilling for metal products in oil and gas industry)
- Location : Tuas
- Working hours : 5 days - Monday - Friday: 7:30am to 5:15pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) Up to $4800 (Basic up to $4000 +$110 Transport Allowance) + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : MANUFACTURER AND REPAIR OF MACHINERY
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor the machines and company equipment operational performance and condition
- Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipment as per schedule
- Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
- Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipment
- Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
- Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
- Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
- Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group
- Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in machine repair and maintenance
- Have training with Quality Management and its related Quality Procedures is an advantage
- Knowledge to repair and maintain machines e.g. CNC Turning, Milling, Honing, Drilling is an advantage.
- Knowledge of precision machining machineries, equipment and facilities
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance on machineries and equipment
- Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety
