Responsibility：
Company's principal activity is marine husbanding service and shipping agencies (freight) with shipping lines (scheduled services) as the secondary activity.
As a director, need oversee a company's business operations, drive strategic company growth, and are responsible for the overall performance of the business.
And responsibilities directly related to keeping the business running smoothly and ensuring high productivity. Make sure to regularly report/coordination with other directors and develop business or marketing strategies to grow the business.
Job Description：
• Manage relationships with oversea agency, customers and vendors.
• Work with the Executive Board to determine values and mission and plans for short and long-term goals.
• Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives.
Requirement：
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be computer literate (microsoft)
