Key Responsibilities:
- Provides consulting related to BIM Project Implementation following the defined project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project.
- Responsible for BEP; BIM Scopes; schedule and budget.
- Analyse and explore software functionality to assist end users in BIM implementation experience.
- Execute BIM software implementation in accordance to the defined project’s objectives.
- Propose BIM workflow to streamline processes on project (3D to 5D).
- Providing direction in emerging technologies associated with BIM and developed opportunities, process improvement, application and data integration.
- Other ad hoc duties as asssigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Cubicost, Solidwork, CostX and other relevant.
