Department: Production Control
Report to: Senior Executive
Supervise: Delivery and Input Planners
Functional Relationships with Production, Sales, and Logistic groups to meet company goals and customer requirements
POSITION PROFILE:
The successful candidate will:
Work as a production planner while learning aspects of delivery and database management and considering ways to improve overall work efficiency
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- The Production Planning Executive manages and executes the production plan and daily input scheduling to fulfill customer requirements.
- Adjust and prepare 4M (Man/Machine/Material/Method) with stakeholders in advance, manage the plan's progress, and analyze the production index to optimize production and inventory control.
- Work closely with delivery control & material control members and the production division to prepare the necessary resources.
- Control input & output to have an optimum stock level and satisfy customer delivery requests.
- Work on process troubleshooting and improvement to prevent stoppages or minimal interruption to production schedule and capability up.
- Maintain a production control system to ensure smooth & efficient operation.
- Identify problems and opportunities for business process improvement solutions.
- Address internal and external issues effectively and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability / Competency Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry.
- positive attitude in the challenging work environment.
- Excellent Team player with good people management and development skills
- Aspire to achieve a high level of individual performance and desire to serve the customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
