- Lead and supervise daily operations including inventory management, mailroom operation, general office maintenance, facility management, meeting room configuration and Admin Helpdesk.
- Conduct regular reviews of various office equipment and assist in the assessment and procurement process.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks accordingly.
- Coordinate works with external vendor
- Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.
Requirements:
- At leasr a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering / Facility Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as supervisory or team lead role.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Committed, responsible, organised and hands - on.
