Description
- Responsible for planning, organising, directing and controlling all aspects of production operations to meet aggressive delivery and quality expectations and attaining optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines by preparing schedules and assigning responsibilities.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to production employees
- Check production output and ensure they meet standards and specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify and Rectify issues in production efficiency
Requirements
- Degree holder in Food Science or Food Technology with 3 to 5 years of working experience in a food / beverage manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
