We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing personal assistance to executives.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, prospecting and generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will also stay up to date on industry trends, contribute to business development strategies, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle customer interactions in a professional and empathetic manner.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to director, including managing the calendars, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, and proactively reach out to them to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to business development strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars and organizing meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for business related activities.
- Analyse data, suggest business improvement strategies, and develop detailed execution plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, customer service, and/or personal assistance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
