Our Client is a leader in the Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly sales forecasts and MRP plans.
- Issue purchase orders and filling documents.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
- Verify that invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents match purchase orders and contain accurate information.
- Schedule deliveries, considering stock readiness, documentation, shipping lead times, and customs clearance.
- Support planners in the goods receipt process, addressing warehousing issues, billing checks, and trimming activities.
- Obtain quotes for import and export shipments.
- Update the shipment tracking and monitoring file promptly.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
