Job Summary:
As a Telephone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist callers with information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments. Your role is essential in ensuring effective communication within the organization and with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Take in order from customer and hand it to operator
- Provide accurate information to callers regarding the company’s products, services, and policies.
- Manage and relay messages accurately to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues within your capacity.
- Keep records of calls and update contact information as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telephone Operator, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using telephone systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Must know Basic English , able to write
Working Conditions:
- Construction site environment.
- Regular working hours with occasional need for overtime or shift work depending on operational needs.
