Responsibilities

· Be current and knowledgeable in HR legislations, Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.

· Administer, tabulate, and collate data for decision making.

· Support payroll processing.

. Administer 6-monthly medical examination.

· Support and administer on-boarding and off-boarding program.

· Engage in dormitory Planning to optimize dormitory occupancy for operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

· Maintain current and accurate data for compliance and operation efficiency.

· Complete statutory report and survey from statutory board, eg. MOM

· Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

· A Level'/Diploma

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management

· Excellent interpersonal and people management skills

· Effective in both verbal and written communication

. Proficient in MS Office


*Salary range will be shared if candidates are shortlisted
