JOB DESCRIPTION
· Conceptualize, research, and create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels
· Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and communicates key messages effectively
· Produce engaging visuals, such as images, infographics, videos, and animations, to complement written content and enhance user experience
· Develop and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across digital platforms
· Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to align content initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns
· Conduct content audits and analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum impact and reach
· Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to improve visibility, ranking, and shareability
· Work closely with designers, videographers, photographers, and other creatives to develop multimedia content assets
· Coordinate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather input, insights, and feedback for content development
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize content performance
· Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and brand building
