Job Responsibility
- Monitoring incoming goods
- To do data entry on excel sheets
- Picking, packing, testing and QC of goods in and out of store
- Handling warehouse duties
- Maintain adequate stock availability and quantity
- Perform good housekeeping and maintain the back of house in a neat and orderly manner
- Delivery of equipment / goods to specified location
- Documentation and various administrative tasks
- Receive and inspects and unpack all incoming shipments highlighting any discrepancies, damages and delay in shipment to Manager and all relevant parties.
- Perform refurnish procedure on retrieve goods from the field
- able to Move 28kgs to 35kgs stocks.
Requirement
- Computer literate (good typing skills)
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Technical experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken) preferred
- Energetic and self-motivated;
- Result and deadline oriented/motivated
- Dedicated team player
- Positive work attitude
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
