Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Approving work hours.
- Ensure great customer service at all levels.
- Accountable for timely and accurate data reporting
- Willing to be hands-on for the job
- Able to work in a team
Requirements:
- Minimum must have a Diploma or Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in the Process industry
- Willing to work extra hours when required
- Class 3 Driving License
