Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage our company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and ensure its alignment with company goals. This role involves optimizing processes, managing inventory, supervising transportation, and overseeing distribution of products.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's strategic goals.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Manage transportation and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle all shipping plans, manage check-in and pick-up of goods, and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Take charge in sourcing and procurement of products with suppliers.
• Able to analyze data and develop inventory planning solutions to ensure 100% stock sufficiency and prevent overstock.
• Excellent skills in Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Amazon FBA logistics and operations is a plus.
• Must be able to type and speak Chinese Mandarin fluently. Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
