Main Responsibilities:
- Warehouse duties such as loading and unloading goods from truck using forklift.
- Manage incoming delivery of goods and accurately matched with purchasing records.
- Ensure goods received are good condition, by performing detailed content and packaging checks.
- Good receipts in the Company's ERP inventory system.
- Organize, sorting, labelling and repacking of material according to customer’s delivery orders before dispatch / export.
- Perform accurate and on-time delivery to the customers at respective locations, ensure Delivery Orders are properly acknowledged by recipients.
- Ensure professional communications and feedback for any delivery issues.
- Warehouse and delivery truck maintenance - to ensure cleanliness, goods are tidy and well accounted for.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Able to manage weight of above 20kg during packing / sorting.
- Must possess Singapore Class 3 Driving License, and forklift license
- Possess warehouse experience
- Basic computer skill & knowledge (Eg MS Words & Excel)
- Proficiency in ERP Systems is advantageous
- Attention to details & organized
- Good team player, good communication and able to work independently with minimum supervision
