Regional F&B Program Manager
What this job involves:
- The Regional Food and Beverage Manger is directly accountable for the following typical activities across APAC locations
- Build and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, and performance excellence within team
- Provide leadership support to Site Assistant(s) and the respective teams in the area of their responsibility
- Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work (SOW) as defined in the JLL – Client Agreement
- Provide support and ensure all F&B services are delivered as per Clients requirement.
- Provide training to the team, users and vendors.
- Drive consistency and practices across APAC sites adhering to client’s defined SOW and in rolling out regional initiatives
- Work with Site Assistant(s) in preparation and tracking of accurate monthly reports that includes itemized food and beverage cost, inventory, spoilage and wastage, consumption data, caterers' selection, performance and menu design.
- Drive Customer satisfaction, obtaining regular feedback and executing improvement plans based on feedback in their area of responsibility
- Work with Site Assistant(s) for events support and coordination; (3 x weekly lunches, pantry program, surprise and delight) ensuring all events are catered for appropriately with the expected level of high quality on time delivery
- Evaluation of vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent high quality service delivery and ensure they are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
- Responsible for Invoice and Payment process for vendors on JLL & client systems.
- Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
- Adhere to JLL’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures, and strategies
- Help maintain monthly and quarterly budgets with alerts to client when budget ceiling is near; Perform regular audits and checks to gather data to improve and scale food services operations
- Assist procurement with RFPs and SOWs where required.
- Assists Projects with any relation to projects/expansion/renovationCompliance with Local Health, Safety and Hygiene Regulations
