Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology risk governance policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to stay updated on relevant regulations.
- Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with standards such as MAS TRM Guidelines, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in technology projects and maintain a risk register.
- Lead and manage technology-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Define and implement quality assurance standards and perform regular reviews.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project success.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate security measures into system architecture and development processes.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate security risks and mitigation strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5+ years of project management experience in financial services.
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and compliance standards (e.g., MAS TRM Guidelines, GDPR, PCI DSS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and antivirus software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices.
