Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Project Coordinator located in Punggol. Our client dormitories services and you handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, answering calls, and organising project data. You prepare and manage project documents, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure everyone is aware of project timelines and requirements. You track project progress, update schedules, and prepare status reports. You ensure project documents are accessible, coordinate with vendors for supplies, and assist in budgeting and expense tracking. You also ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and support the project team in various tasks to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in the construction industry will be highly advantageous.
- Project assistants should have excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in in Civil Engineering/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Min 2 years experience in Construction Industry/ Facilities Management Industry/ M&E Industry
