- Liaise with retail mall landlords, contractors, vendors, consultants, end users and relevant authorities for technical & maintenance services, repairs, installation, renovation fit-out and reinstatement works and operational support for promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations
- Support retail popup events and operational activities
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or its equivalent
- Good organization with excellent follow-up skills
- Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking contractors)
