Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production of various chemical products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at all times. You will lead a team of production staff, coordinate production schedules, monitor equipment maintenance, and enforce health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products to support production schedules.
- Budget Management: Monitor production costs and manage the budget effectively to achieve financial targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
