Responsibilities:
- Make packing invoice and arrangement for shipment.
- Must ensure packing invoices are made timely and in compliance to company rules.
- To implement and monitor import/export policies, procedures in compliance with the Customs Act of the relevant Countries and authorities.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on regulatory/licensing changes relating to compliance matters by the exporting country.
- Implement best practices to ensure the status, documentation of all export-controlled items within the company.
- Maintain complete records for internal audit and relevant authority's audit.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience and knowledge of the Singapore Strategic Good (Control) Act and U.S.
- Export Control Regulations (ITAR, EAR, etc.)
- Experience in export controls of technology systems or regulated tech industries.
- interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
