Responsibilities :
- Handling customers enquires and perform order fulfilment duties
- Verifying and prepare shipping documentations
- Coordinate closely with forwarders and provide updates on shipping status
- Handling customer enquiries and coordinating with relevant department
- Handling documentation such as Quotation/ AWB/ Invoice/ Custom Declaration/ BL/ Packing list and etc
- Maintain and data entry shipments logs in the system
- Ad Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Candidate with experience handling shipping/ freight forwarding or logistics documentations/ will have added advantages
