Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in technology matters, including overall ICT management, covering IT infrastructure, application management, IT security, and end-user support.
- Act as a joint custodian for the AHL Digitalization Strategic Plan (DSP), ensuring its implementation enhances process efficiency and data analytics.
- ICT Management: Ensure high availability and readiness of ICT infrastructure, devices, systems, services, and processes.
- Ensure IT systems security and cybersecurity are adequate and up-to-date.
- Manage and coordinate with IT service providers and outsourced vendors.
- Planning, Organization, and Supervision: Act as AHL project manager, supporting project owners in executing the DSP with IT consultants and platform vendors.
- Design systems and processes with a focus on process and data management for efficiency and data analytics.
- Data & Information Management: Gather data on cost, consumption, performance, and assets for management decision-making.
- Conduct ICT inductions for new staff and manage the retrieval of company IT assets upon staff departure.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Min 4- 6 years of leadership role and relevant work experience.
