Our Client is a renowned organization in the automation solutions industry with a strong presence globally. They are looking for a Senior/Quality Manager to join their team, reporting to the Regional Head of Quality and EHS.
THE ROLE
The Senior/Quality Manager is responsible for:
- Lead failure analysis efforts to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the product approval process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective QMS, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive product quality improvements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry.
