What you will be working on
This position seeks to harness the power of digital learning solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and training effectiveness of the sector. - Manage and oversee partners in their innovation journeys, fostering the development of digital learning solutions.
- Engage in the incubation and prototyping of innovative learning solutions, ensuring their alignment with market demands.
- Support the innovation capability development of strategic partners, enhancing their digital readiness and operational efficiency.
- Provide account management services to strategic partners, including the review of proposals and contracts, monitoring of KPIs, and budget management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to organise impactful events and conferences, fostering a community of learning and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and programmes, proposing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Undertake strategic planning and execution of manpower and skills plans to support the sector's growth and development.
- Demonstrate strategic foresight and analytical skills in identifying opportunities for innovation within the sector.
What we are looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in programme management, preferably within the sector or related fields.
- Strong familiarity with the local landscape and a keen interest in innovation and digital readiness.
- Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication, with a preference for business writing skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially with financial management and project administration.
- A performance and outcome-driven mindset, coupled with a business-oriented approach.
- An independent self-starter who thrives on challenging projects and enjoys collaborative teamwork.
- Competence in people and information management, with a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge or experience in Agile & Scrum methodology, Design-thinking, and Theory of Change is highly desirable.
