What you will be working on?

Account managing strategic partners to develop capabilities Working with strategic partners to plan and support sectoral manpower development needs that are aligned with the Industry Transformation Maps and Jobs Transformation Map Identifying best-in-class partners and enterprises to develop capabilities in priority and emerging skills areas and Implementing strategies to support enterprises’ workforce transformation effort. This job role reports to a Team Lead in the division. The candidate will be part of Programme Policy, Finance & System Management team to perform the following key tasks and any other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s):


a) Programme Policy Review and Monitoring

  • Review operational policies and processes of programmes, including drafting submissions and presenting to Management in consultation with relevant stakeholders
    Conduct regular reviews and evaluation of existing programmes to assess their effectiveness and impact
    Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendation for enhancements
    Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and provide support in implementing changes and improvements
    Track progress and outcomes of programmes, including gathering and analysing data for reporting
    Coordinate discussions and engagement sessions with internal and external stakeholders
    Proactively identify data-driven opportunities for process improvement

b) Systems

  • Coordinate system transition activities, including internal and external communications to stakeholders
    Perform data preparation, data cleansing work, and participate in user requirements and User Acceptance Tests
    Review and ensure data integrity of programmes, agreements, and courses in the Training Grant System

c) Admin & Finance

  • Support management of key programmes, including liaison with training providers to obtain information on training statistics for corporate reporting and programme closure activities
    Monitor and review programmes’ budget/cashflow utilization/projections and outcome achievements
    Oversee Customer Relationship Management cases received and ensure responses are provided within defined deadlines
    Oversee and review the division’s assigned access rights for various systems to ensure user permissions are up-to-date
    Review and improve knowledge management processes

What we are looking for?

  • Possess tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated 1 to 3 years’ experience in a data-centric operating environment and/or programme review/implementation
  • Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, including the ability to derive insights from data to address issues
  • Proficient in collating, managing, analysing, and presenting data
  • Performance-driven, outcome-oriented, and meticulous
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Adaptable and open to learning, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Excellent writing, communication, and digital literacy skills

Candidates without the required qualification but possess the relevant work experience or fresh graduates who can demonstrate meeting the requirements are welcome to apply.Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure, subject to availability of permanent headcount.
