Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a warm and genuine smile to create a friendly atmosphere upon their arrival.
- Queue Management: Efficiently manage customer queues to ensure smooth seating and enhance the dining experience.
- Order Processing: Skillfully operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders accurately and promptly.
- Exceptional Service: Consistently deliver exemplary food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Hygiene Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking inventory to facilitate smooth operations.
- Kitchen Support: Aid chefs and cooks in ingredient preparation to ensure kitchen operations run efficiently.
