Job Scope:
- Network Management: Configuring and maintaining local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
- Server Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
- Storage Management: Implementing and managing data storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage.
- Security: Ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure through firewalls, encryption, and other security measures.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Backup and Recovery: Developing and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure and changes.
- Collaboration: Working with other IT professionals and departments to support organizational goals.
- Upgrades and Patching: Applying software updates and patches to maintain system security and performance.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science related qualification
- At least > 1 years of relevant experience for IT administrative function
