Job Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries and consultations to understand preferences and requirements
- Propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs
- Conceptualize and present design proposals
- Prepare quotations and project schedules
- Collaborate with various counterparts and oversee to ensure seamless project execution and handovers
- Work closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries
- Site & project management from inception to handover
Job Requirements
- *Singaporeans or PR only
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently & as a team to meet project timelines
- Customer oriented
- Great sense of ownership and responsibility
- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous
