Role: Temp Staff (Finance Division)
Duration: 10 months, subject to renewal
Location: 9 King George’s Ave, Singapore 208581
Working hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30amm – 6.00pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Description
- Provide support for finance operations, including timely reconciliation and processing of transactions for reimbursement/recovery as part of the centralised processing framework.
- Assist with the implementation of transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing training materials for new financial procedures as part of change management.
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possesses minimum a Diploma.
- 2 years’ experience in Finance or IT preferred.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, VBA, RPA, process innovation. Python would be a bonus.
