PERMANENT POSITION - Vending Machine Company
TRAINING PROVIDED
Working hour: 9 am – 6:30pm (Mon-Fri); 9am-1pm (Sat)
Location: Pasir Panjang
Salary: up to $2600 (including fixed allowance)
Job Scopes:
- Handling phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, chatbot etc.,
- Liaising with customer on any technical issues related to vending machine
- Processing refunds to customer
- Assisting in any after sales services
- Keep and update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents and follow up to ensure all resolutions are completed
- Escalate any unsolved issue to second level
- Other ad hoc duties related to customer
Requirements:
- Prior expereince in customer service will be added advantage
- Good communications skill (English)
