- Design and develop the strategic sales plan and sales strategies.
- Ensure efficient alignment and support, collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service.
- Identify rising markets and market developments while remaining fully aware of new products and competition.
- Optimize team effectiveness, track and evaluate sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in IT industry.
- Good leadership skills with a successful track record of leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse market data
- Strong knowledge in ERP, SaaS and other IT solutions.
