Duration: 12 months contract (renewable)
Location: Toa Payoh
Salary: $4,200 per month
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
The responsibilities include:
- Supporting and providing procurement advisory to buying divisions on their procurements;
- Managing procurement activities, including GeBIZ transactions and facilitating the entire procurement process for buying divisions (i.e. from reviewing of documents to preparing submissions to seeking approval for award to post-award contractual management, such as contract variations, renewal, early termination, debarment and non-performance advisory); and
- Other administrative support that may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates with at least 3 years of working experience (relevant work experience in public sector procurement and GeBIZ is preferred)
- Good written, presentation and verbal skills.
- Independent and motivated individual who takes initiatives and is resourceful.
- Able to effectively interact and build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Organised and meticulous.
- Candidate is required attend external meetings and work from other offices occasionally.
