Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the project team to ensure successful completion of projects
- Creating initial product development brief for new products
- Managing product development timelines and deadlines, and communicate calendar with team
- Sourcing and testing packaging components for functionality and aesthetic
- Conducting pricing and COG analysis to ensure product profitability
- Researching and evaluating product formulators
- Managing communication with contract manufacturing partners
- Monitoring the status of in-development products and coordinating solutions to development issues
- Evaluating product performance and tracking formula and packaging submissions
- Coordinating all testing for products in development
- Assisting in development of marketing and product knowledge materials
- Maintain a healthy, safe and hygienic working practice for all tasks undertaken
- Support panel management and continued development.
- Co-lead the management and maintenance of the customer's requests.
- Initiate regular review and revision of operations.
- Develop and enhance the operations of the consumer insights.
- Maintain and develop effective relationships with team members and colleagues and stakeholders from other functions as appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Psychology, Consumer Science, Cosmetic Science.
- High agility, structured and self-starter personality.
- Self-motivated to meet deadlines for requests.
- Good interpersonal skills for managing the sensory panel and strong.
- Communications skills with good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand and interpret relevant rules and regulations.
- Strong team player with good track record.
