Job Scope:
· Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the marine and maritime industry.
- Identify and target potential marine and maritime clients.
· Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the marine and maritime sectors.
- Conduct regular meetings and visits to client sites.
· Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
· Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the marine and maritime industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
· Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
· Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
· Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
· Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective sales operations.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma Qualification with
- At least 4 years of sales experience with marine & maritime customers
- Ability to develop new business for company & handle existing key account of company
