Network Development Officer

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency. He/ She must work closely with the Network Development Team to ensure that these strategies are effective.

 Acts as the country point of coordination with Network Development for Santé Hong Kong and Macau and the support groups such as Marketing, Operations, IT, Customer Experience, Finance, and HR.

 The Network Development Officer must monitor the sales, recruitment, and operational performance of the Sales Team within the assigned country. He/ She must identify areas for improvement and work with the team to develop solutions.

 The NDO must provide guidance and support to the sales, training, and operations of the Sales Team. He/ She must ensure that the Sales Team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to achieve their goals.

 The NDO must conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry. He/ She must use this information to develop strategies that help the company stay ahead of the competition.

 The NDO must manage the budgets and expenses of the company for the Sales Team. He/ She must ensure that expenses are within budget and that resources are allocated effectively.

 He/ She must ensure that all sales and operational activities are compliant with company policies and regulations.

 Works with the Sales Team and coaches them to achieve goals and professional growth.

The NDO must plan and execute initiatives and events to support the sales team and drive its success.

The NDO must assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Sales Team’s activities and initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Maintain regular communication with the Network Development Senior Manager and provide necessary data and reports as needed.
