Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries on requirements and hiring of migrant workers.
- Conduct interviews with potential workers from overseas training centres.
- Shortlist suitable workers for customer selections.
- Schedule and arrange interviews for customers.
- Handle phone and email enquiries from customers.
- Manage after-sales service issues for customers and workers.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder.
- Have the drive and hunger to succeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to use the computer or willing to learn.
- Knowledge of online applications would be useful (Email, Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, etc.).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- CEI certification is required.
- Prior experience in an agency or related industry is required.
