Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients for seamless contract execution.
- Review, negotiate, and ensure contracts, including subcontracts, comply with regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams to streamline contract processes and mitigate risks.
- Manage contract administration from inception to completion, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor contract performance, enforce compliance, and address deviations and disputes.
- Provide strategic advice on commercial terms, pricing models, and contract negotiations to optimize project profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with projects contract administration and planning
