Job Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, marketing communication and plans in alignment with business and brand objectives for Singapore Market
- Help to conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey and marketing survey
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Help distribute marketing materials, goodie bags etc. in accordance to brand platforms and visual identity guidelines in the correct representation of all brands
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help to organize marketing events, photo shooting and filming, truck delivery
- Support various scales and types of events and product launches encompassing logistics, invitations, communication materials, presentations, video content, external vendor management and measurement of success
- Conduct market analysis on competitor activities to provide intelligence and basis for sales and marketing strategies and ideas
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Marketing or Communications or related field with minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
