Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule room availability for renovation works.
- Track project deliverables and monitor payment milestones.
- Coordinate between contractors and the internal team to support the ongoing renovation efforts.
- Perform daily inspection twice a day.
- Create accounts and keep track of privilege user accounts.
- Track user issues that surfaced and work with vendors to resolve them on time.
- Monitor software development timeline performed by vendor.
- Collate data for system reports.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in building/ system project management is more advantageous.
