Responsibilities:
· Prepare Daily Sales Report
· To process RMA, the whole cycle of return goods from customer
· Input Sales order, issue delivery order, invoice and ensure data accuracy
· To provide proforma invoice to the sales coordinator for payment purpose.
· Preparation of shipping arrangements and schedule of delivery
· Regular update and monitoring of inventory stock movements and price record in the
· system
· Input Purchase Order and send to factories, ensuring data accuracy.
· Liaise with Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries
