Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients within the SME sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Partnership Development:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with other firms for collaboration.
- Develop a network of referral sources, including accountants, corporate secretaries, and other professional service providers.
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for client referrals and joint ventures.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- O level and Above, acquired courses related to Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the SME sector.
- Strong understanding of financial services, business development processes, and the needs of SMEs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Goggle Business and CRM software.
- Able to adopt technology efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
