We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the SME sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and client needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Partnership Development:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with other firms for collaboration.
  • Develop a network of referral sources, including accountants, corporate secretaries, and other professional service providers.
  • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for client referrals and joint ventures.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • O level and Above, acquired courses related to Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the SME sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, business development processes, and the needs of SMEs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Goggle Business and CRM software.
  • Able to adopt technology efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
