Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales performance of each Beame site location to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in Singapore.
- Leading, motivating, and mentor a team of sales representatives (Smile Consultants) to effectively drive sales performance, conversions, and exceed KPIs.
- Recruiting, training, and motivating Smile Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Addressing customer complaints and queries swiftly and effectively.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market differentiation.
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful retail shop sales management experience, with a focus on beauty, healthcare products, luxury retail, or related industries.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
