Job Responsibilities
Handle quotation, cost estimation and pricing with contractors
Prepare & award subcontracts for projects
Manage all project cost control from initial calculations to final figures
Evaluating Contractor’s proposal and specifications
Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims & progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts
Coordination on all documentations required by regulations with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of works
Review CS, architectural and M&E drawings to ensure special requirements and annotations are taken into consideration and complete in the tenders
Consult and align Construction team on the scope of tender submission; highlight and seek agreement on special requirements or unusual scope
Monitor deduction for materials bought on behalf of subcontractors/suppliers
Job Requirements
1-5 years working experiences in general building construction industry
min Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying & relevant qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & AutoCAD drafting
Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work as a team
Ability to communicate with people at all level and be meticulous with an eye for details
5.5 days (9am - 6pm) (Alternate Saturdays)
