Responsibilities
- Able to install various kind or size of tiles, marbles, granites, and mosaics.
- Able to measure required dimensions and mark up tile’s setting up line base on design drawing.
- Able to determine required tile usage, then cutting the tiles into required size using power and hand tools.
- Carry out proper cleaning to walls and floors prior to tile installation.
- Touch up or repair any defects due to workmanship or material’s defect such as misalignment, chips, dent, cracks, or hollowness.
- Able to provide tiles & adhesive usage for materials ordering.
- Supervisory experience in tile setting projects.
- Ensure work done according to CONQUAS or QM standards.
Requirements
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (lifting tiles / marble and adhesive with loads of up to 25 kgs)
- Willingness to work overtime
- Able to read or understand design drawings.
- Minimum 3 Years relevant working experiences
- No skin allergy to cement product
- Carpentry and renovation experience a plus
- Have experience to polishing of marble or granite a plus
- Positive attitude to work as a team
- Able to work under tight schedule environment
