Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Executive at Tanamera Coffee in Singapore. The Accounting Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks. They will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that invoices are prepared and sent to customers in a timely and accurate manner, based on sales orders, contracts & events.
- Utilise various communication channels via email or phone to follow up with customers and collect outstanding payments.
- Distribute monthly statements to customers to keep them informed of their outstanding balances.
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports, cash collections, and bad debt analysis.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing reconciliation and report for management.
- Prepare of credit memo once approval is obtained by the management team.
- Preparation of quarterly GST reporting and filling.
- Send softcopy documents needed to Finance & Accounting(JKT) for reporting when required.
- Recording of Supplier Bills from outlets to the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good knowledge in MS Office application.
- Knowledge of Xero accounting system would be an advantage.
- Detailed oriented, committed, meticulous with positive work attitude.
- A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Able to commence work ASAP is an added advantage
