Senior HR Executive
Basic Salary - $3800
Working location – 260 Orchard Rd
Working Hours –5 days, 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Accurately perform and verify manual calculations for overtime.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Organize and oversee training and development programs.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and resolve any payroll issues.
- Prepare HR reports and compile data for management review.
- Participate in performance management processes.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- immediate or short notice starter, generalist role with 3 years experience
- Proficiency in manual overtime calculation.
- Strong commitment to the role and company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Minimum of a Diploma or higher.
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude.
