- Assist manager with activities and programs
- Provide pre and post sales support related to product, promotions ad services
- Resolve customer's complain through service recovery
- Instill customer loyalty and retention through follow up calls
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
